WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU?

Our service providers only access your data to operate the services that we ask them to perform. We also ask these business partners to always act in compliance with applicable privacy laws and to pay attention to the confidentiality of your data. If you do not wish to supply any personally identifiable information, you are welcome to refrain from doing so.  We will not sell your personal identifiable information to any third parties and such data is retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data was collected.

As we continue to develop our business, we might sell certain of our assets.  In such event, customer information including personally identifiable information will generally be one of the transferred corporate assets.  By using and/or submitting your data to us or via our Media, you consent and agree that all such data may be transferred in these circumstances.

 

WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

Your information is stored in our databases accessible only by CKP Marketing Ltd (or where applicable, ) employees and our contracted service providers.

We aim at always keeping your data safe and secure as possible. In this perspective we deploy multiple security technologies in order to prevent as much as possible any alteration, loss or unauthorized access to your data.

On our e-commerce Media, we handle your payment information with industry standard methods (such as PCI DSS).

Please be careful when submitting personal identifiable information online as no data transmission via the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the complete security of any information that you may supply or transmit to us over the internet.

 

LANGUAGE & GOVERNING LAW

CKP Marketing Ltd is committed to handling your personal identifiable information in full compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486).

This Privacy Statement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of Hong Kong and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong to resolve any dispute arising from the use of our services and Media.

In the event of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

 

CHOICE / OPT-OUT

In order to provide our services to you, CKP Marketing Ltd will use your personal identifiable information only for Marketing Communications which shall necessarily include sending you communications related to your transactions, security or the administration of our Media.
